Before you take that first sip of wine, eat something high in fat. (Yes, we know you want to fit into that snug Armani, but do it anyway.) The fat will delay the absorption of alcohol. Between every glass of wine you drink, have a glass of water. Not only will it keep you hydrated, it will slow down your alcohol consumption. Finally, before you go to bed, eat something salty and drink another glass of water. You'll thank us.
